The Warehouse Support Assistant is responsible to:

• Check all orders within the company’s system 
• Overseeing invoicing, credit notes, and other financial documentation 
• Keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion
• Cooperate with the logistics and warehouse departments for orders and deliveries
• Managing after-sales support and complaint handling
• Support in order preparation and product collection

The Warehouse Support Assistant should have :

• Knowledge of Η/Υ and MS Office
• Good command of the English language
• Familiarity with the full Order-to-Cash cycle
• Customer–oriented mindset with the ability to utilize conflict resolution
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse team
• Knowledge of ERP System will be considered an asset 
•  At least 1-2 years experience in customer service, order taking roles
