About the Role:
Ideoli Europe is seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Athens, Greece. This is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about driving projects forward.
You will work closely with our designers, project managers, procurement team, and sales support staff to ensure the smooth execution of custom lighting and electrical projects across the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project estimation, tracking, and coordination across pre-sales and post-sales stages
- Assist in managing client communication and help maintain timelines and expectations
- Work closely with the design and procurement teams to prepare quotes, specifications, and delivery schedules
- Facilitate outbound shipments from our Athens-based EU warehouse to clients across the European Union
- Oversee inventory and inbound logistics for lighting components and finished goods
- Participate in software tools such as Asana (project management) and Epicor (ERP) — training provided
- Jump on calls and communicate clearly and professionally in both Greek and English
- Be proactive, adaptable, and ready to pick up tasks that help keep projects moving smoothly
- Provide support across departments as needed — from preparing documents to updating stakeholders
