Assistant Front Office Manager
High-end hospitality
group, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of the
three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy

authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Front Office Manager
- Ensures implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge
- Overlooking all procedures, at the Front Desk, check in/outs, open & closing cashier, complains handlining, FHR (AMEX) standards, LHW standards
- Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and quality
- Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments
- Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards
- Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
