We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00 - 17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the commercial and documentation departments to ensure the seamless fulfilment of requirements for the customs clearance procedures
- Handle clearance procedures for effective transportation of goods
- Conducting daily checks on shipment schedules
- Communicate with transport companies to arrange the deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Creation of necessary documents for all executed freight transfers
- Update internal databases to keep the team informed and aligned
- Collaborate with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field
- Three years of experience in road transportation
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer-centric approach
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
