As the primary point of contact for our Athens branch, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing essential support to our executive leadership. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and values team spirit and accountability. Very good level of English is required.
Responsibilities
For the role of Front Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Front Desk & Switchboard: Managing the central switchboard, receiving phone calls, and taking accurate messages for the General Manager and Department Heads.
- Client Relations: Welcoming clients and visitors to the branch with a professional demeanor.
- Executive Support: Providing secretarial support to various groups, including preparing and sending professional letters.
- Travel Management: Coordinating and arranging business trips, including flight and hotel reservations for the 2S and FIC departments.
- Office Operations: Registering and distributing departmental mail, as well as ordering office equipment and bank supplies.
- Meeting Logistics: Organizing catering for business seminars and internal meetings, and handling reservations for management business lunches and dinners.
- Presentation Support: Managing the preparation, printing, and bookbinding of written presentations for management and personnel.
- Staff Services: Booking taxis for staff as needed.
