Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you bring the following — and we’re equally happy to help you grow into the rest:
· Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar administrative role would be welcome, but it’s not required
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is appreciated but not mandatory
· Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
· Good working knowledge of MS Office and general PC literacy
· Familiarity with Greek labor legislation and the ERGANI platform will be considered a plus, but it’s not a prerequisite — we’ll support you in learning what you need to succeed
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and support updates in ERGANI (new hires, terminations, schedule changes, overtime, etc.)
· Organize and maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
· Keep internal databases up to date (sick leaves, maternity leaves, absences, etc.)
· Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
· Provide timely and accurate support to both internal teams and clients
· Collaborate closely with the payroll team, sharing all relevant employee data efficiently
