We are currently looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator- German Speaker to join our team in Athens. The new member will be responsible for the preparation of payroll,
ensuring accurate data entry into the payroll software (DATEV).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of
employee leave records, collection of supporting documents, and leave
verification for the HR department
- Communication
with the Finanzamt (regarding Steuer ID issues), and management of insurance
funds
- Handling of
incoming HR-related post/mail
- Issuance of
monthly and annual payslips
- S-Kug
(short-time work) declarations for bad weather
- Collaboration
with the Payroll Supervisor for managing insurance funds and Finanzamt
issues, as needed
- Preparation of
reference letters, employment confirmations (Arbeitsbescheinigung), documents
for Familienkasse, and confirmations for children
- Issuance of
warning letters for workers and field engineers
- Communication with German public authorities
- Accuracy in employee data
- Quality of Human Resources support
