Position Overview
We
are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Office & Student Services Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in
ensuring excellent communication and support for students and visitors, both in
person and through our online training platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, clients, and visitors in a
professional and courteous manner
- Provide student support via phone, email, and
online learning platforms
- Assist students with registration, platform access,
and course-related inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize schedules, maintain records, and support
administrative functions
- Ensure the reception area is well-presented and
professional at all times
- Coordinate with trainers and administrative staff to
ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Good command of English language (spoken and
written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook, etc.) and comfortable using online platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or
student services (preferred)
