Περιγραφή

MMC group is a dynamic company, based in Piraeus, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to support our office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and multitasking skills. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records, to support our activities and ensure smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Office organization, planning, and arranging daily obligations.
  • Handling correspondence.
  • Managing both internal and external communications with clients and colleagues.
  • Managing schedules and calendars.
  • Assisting with project and event coordination.
  • Meeting preparation and support.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Managing documents and data.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Managing office supplies.
  • Assisting with basic financial tasks and expenses.
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and computer use.
  • Problem-solving ability and responsibility.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations.
  • Knowledge of trading or the specific industry sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic or French; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
