Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Assistance: Welcoming and assisting guests with their luggage and transportation needs.
• Property Knowledge: Providing information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
• General Concierge Duties: Performing various concierge tasks, such as running errands, making reservations, and delivering guest packages.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred.
• Driver’s licence
