Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational company operating in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, for a professional to cover the following position:

 

HR - People Experience & Operations


Job Description:

The HR - People Experience & Operations professional will support the delivery of a strategic business project involving organizational and workforce changes. The role will provide end-to-end operational HR support, ensuring accurate employee administration, compliance with labor legislation, timely management of employee transactions, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Core HR Lead, the successful candidate will help execute critical HR operational activities while ensuring business continuity and a positive employee experience.

 

•Supports HR administration and employee lifecycle processes

•Coordinates employee transfers and organizational changes

•Ensures regulatory compliance and liaises with labor authorities

•Supports time attendance and Digital Work Card administration

•Administers compensation and benefits processes

•Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of HR-related activities

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

•Previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar role

•Good knowledge of Greek labor legislation and employment regulations

•Experience with employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and employee transactions

•Familiarity with time attendance systems and Digital Work Card processes will be considered a plus

•Good understanding of compensation and benefits processes

•Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and HR information systems

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English

•Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

•Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
