We are currently seeking for a VISA Processing Officer to join our VISA Department.
Duties & Responsiblities
- Able to read and translate respective documents so that the clients can understand and interpret all the rules before processing any application
- Assist clients with the completion of paperwork whilst help them to obtain Visas and other documentation required
- Verify the authenticity and eligibility of paperwork and supporting documents
- Follow up with clients regarding all the necessary documents such as passport, visa, permit etc. before processing any application
- Oversee the completion of all relevant Visa documents and ensure that they are submitted to the respective embassy within required time limit
- Responsible for all related issues and operations remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of documents and information of clients
Qualifications
- Working experience in a similar position, preferably in Travel & Tourism industry, will be considered as an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Team player, proactive, creative, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction
- Able to work under pressure (time management)
- Proficient in English and Greek, both oral and written. Knowledge of additional language(s) will be highly appreciated
- Holder of a valid driving licence for car and/or motorcycle
