Chef de Partie

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section with full responsibility for quality and consistency
• Prepare and present dishes according to Executive Chef standards
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the assigned section during service
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization and cleanliness
• Support and guide junior kitchen team members
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role within fine dining or luxury restaurant-hotel environments
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-performance kitchen
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
• Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
