Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Manager to oversee the hotel’s reservation operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid knowledge of reservation systems & revenue and proven experience in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all hotel reservations efficiently and accurately
Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams
Handle individual and group bookings, modifications, and cancellations
Monitor room inventory and rates to optimize occupancy and revenue
Maintain high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office management
Proficiency in Protel PMS is mandatory
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
