ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Business Operations Support Officer on behalf of its client, a multinational enterprise software company.
📍 Working Model: Remote (1 day/week @office - Petralona)
⏰ Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, morning hours
What you will do:- Coordinate business travel arrangements
- Manage company and CEO calendars
- Plan and oversee corporate events from start to finish, including venue booking and logistics
- Handle administrative duties like mail sorting, filing, and general office support
- Execute procurement tasks, sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and processing orders
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes to streamline operations
What we are looking for:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
- Previous working experience in a relevant position
- Proficient in using business software and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to establish positive working relationships within a dynamic, international remote environment
