We are looking for a highly energetic, results-driven, and experienced candidate.

The ideal candidate functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment to the company.

The position reports directly to the Manager Director of the company.

Responsibilities
The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and day-to-day staff management and guests.

  • Ability to effectively coach and manage tenured managers who are accustomed to an empowering style of leadership.
  • Exceptional personal presence with employees and guests; highly engaged in day-to-day operations.
  • He / She should demonstrate brand citizenship and continuously pursue excellence. Orchestrate leadership and strategic planning for all departments in support of the service excellence culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze financial reports.
  • Work very closely with the hotel owners and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing the Hotel’s management team and overall hotel targets to deliver excellent Guest experiences.
  • Strong work ethics

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications
  • A/BS bachelor’s degree in hospitality or Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management
  • Master’s degree in a related field will be considered a plus
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry in a Hotel/Operations Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager position in a 4-5* hotel
  • Previous experience in F&B or Front Office Managerial/Directorial positions is required
  • Able to utilize financials to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum ROI
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Team oriented
  • Professionalism, Integrity and Responsibility
  • Excellent command of the English language. Additional knowledge of further foreign languages would be considered as an asset
  • Digital savvy. Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills
  • Flexibility, creativity and adaptability to changeSolid working experience within the Rooms Division
  • Arab speaking will be a plus
