Περιγραφή

House of Shila is looking to hire an Operations Manager of Back Office to join our dynamic hospitality, innovation driven and creative at heart community.

Reporting to the CEO/CFO/COO.

The Operation Manager of Back Office job involves dealing with various responsibilities and obligations. He is accountable to develop and maintain essential functional techniques and systems such as overall management of operations team and office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Back Office operations staff and ensure smooth running of the Backoffice, with Leadership quality and business attention.
  • Should have managed multiple processes and ensured delivery of tasks within timelines, Decision-making capability and computer understanding.
  • Should have exhibited excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills, a detail-oriented personality, and a collaborative spirit;
  • Proven demonstration of ability to work with diverse team members and manage multiple and competing priorities, delegation of work to appropriate team members.
  • Manage the preparation of monthly business units and consolidated financial statements.
  • Liaison with the audit team to prepare the audited financial statements of each entity.
  • Manage HR operation incl. hiring and salary adjustments
  • Manage payments of procurement and suppliers

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of financial consolidations, eliminations, and segment reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Establish effective working relationships with others
  • Demonstration of the highest level of integrity and trust.
