We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager with a strong sense of ownership to join our finance team.
Your responsibilities will include:- Ensure the timely completion of audits, both internal and external, to maintain financial transparency and regulatory compliance
- Track diligently all payables and receivables to ensure compliance
- Coordinate all activities related to monthly closing, review processes, and payroll management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
- Manage day-to-day financial operations within the company, including financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury management, and other financial transactions
- Responsible for building and managing relationships with the banks
- Ensure the successful implementation of our ERP system
- Identify areas of improvement within existing financial processes and recommend innovative techniques and solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor cash flow and accounts to maintain liquidity and financial stability
- Other tasks as assigned
