Sales Manager – Leisure Segment

Position Summary
As the Sales Manager for the Leisure Segment, you will represent TOR
Hotel Group to key partners and travel clients. Your primary objective is to
maximize room revenue through strategic sales initiatives while cultivating
long-term relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and individual
leisure travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting the
leisure travel market
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in
both domestic and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B leisure
partners, including tour operators, travel agents, and OTAs
- Represent TOR Hotel Group at international travel fairs,
exhibitions, and sales missions
- Organize and host FAM trips, site inspections, and
educational visits for partners and clients
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify
trends and drive growth
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to
enhance guest offerings and increase direct bookings
- Maintain and manage accurate B2B and B2C client databases,
ensuring consistent follow-up and sustained business growth
- Assist the Sales Director in monitoring KPIs, evaluating
performance, and shaping revenue strategies
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across
all leisure-related guest experiences
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in hotel sales,
preferably within the luxury or boutique hospitality sector
- In-depth understanding of the leisure travel market and its
distribution channels
- Established network within the leisure travel sector,
including tour operators and DMCs
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal;
additional languages are an asset
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and
PowerPoint), as well as familiarity with PMS platforms (knowledge of Fidelio or
Opera is a plus)
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple
priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
for work-related engagements
