support the sales department, a talented and motivated Product Manager to
join our dynamic team.
Product Manager
As being our new Product Manager, you
specialize in technology-related products on downstream space, earth
observation, mapping, GIS-WebGIS and complex technological products, you’ll
lead the charge in driving sales growth and maximizing profitability across our
tech products, both software and hardware and the fit in complex projects. You will lead the
development of a product and/or product line, ensuring its success in the
market by defining its strategy, roadmap, and features. In this role,
you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs, de-bug with
collaboration with the technical team and craft tailored strategies that
deliver real value. You will act as the voice of the customer, representing
user needs and aligning them with business objectives. You will
collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including engineering,
marketing, sales, and support, to bring the product to market and continuously
improve it.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Defining product and/or product line Strategy and Roadmap: Formulating the overall vision and long-term plan for the product and/or product line, including its features, goals, and success metrics.
- Understanding User Needs: Gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify unmet needs and pain points.
- Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors.
- Prioritizing Features: Deciding which features to prioritize and include in the product, based on business goals and user needs.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product development.
- Managing product and/or product line Lifecycle: Guiding the product through different stages, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Communicating with Stakeholders: Regularly communicating the product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholders.
- Measuring Product Performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to make informed decisions.
- Submit strategic proposals for the further development of the company.
- In essence, this position is a bridge between the business, users, and the product development team, ensuring that the product meets market needs and achieves its strategic goals.
