The ideal candidates will be self-motivated B2B Sales Engineers who will aim at developing relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. They will be part of Metron Sales Team, and they will refer firstly to our Commercial Director.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients (mainly lift installation companies).
  • Implement and optimise prospecting strategies to drive sales.
  • Act as the main point of contact for qualified leads through all touchpoints, from initial outreach to customer conversion.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement throughout the sales funnel.
  • Understand the actual needs of customers and the ability to highlight these within the METRON elevator systems.
  • Build call scripts and email sequencing to support campaigns and prospecting efforts.
  • Assist in implementation of new client onboarding, as needed.
  • Provide financial and/or technical information, related to elevator projects.
  • Monitor activities, identify risks, and implement activities to ensure success of KPI’s.
  • Stay abreast of elevator industry news and trends, and how they affect METRON systems and solutions.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of sales consulting experience including lead generation, lead qualification and prospecting via phone and web
  • Know your way around meaningful KPIs.
  • Highly analytical, numbers-driven, and strategic when building a new sales pipeline.
  • Hard working structured and reliable.
  • Positively aggressive in building and scaling sales.
  • Superior presentation, persuasion, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • High level of negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork mentality
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous experience in the lift sector will be considered as a plus.
