Property management company operating in Thessaloniki is seeking a responsible and dynamic Property Manager to oversee short-term rental apartments (Airbnb and similar platforms).
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of short-term rental properties
- Handling bookings, guest communication, and ongoing support
- Managing guest issues, malfunctions, and requests in real time
- Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and repairs as needed
- Monitoring guest experience and improving ratings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management / hospitality – a significant advantage
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Availability to handle urgent matters when needed
- Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, etc. – an advantage
