Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a fine dining restaurant setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and to make quick and effective decisions
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairings and cocktail selections
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of service and professionalism
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Certification in food safety and sanitation (preferred but not required)
