We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to
join our team.
Reporting to the IT Operations Director, you’ll be part of
the Group’s IT Helpdesk team, supporting users across all business units and
handling 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Provide day-to-day end-user IT
support as part of the Group’s Helpdesk team
- Manage and maintain PCs and
laptops (both remotely and on-site)
- Diagnoses and resolve hardware,
software, and network issues — including user accounts and configurations
- Log, track, and close support
tickets within agreed timeframes
- Use internal knowledge bases and
trusted sources to deliver accurate solutions
- Prioritize multiple open issues
and follow up with users to ensure full system functionality
- Keep all endpoints in excellent
health and prepare weekly reports
- Administer Active Directory
(user onboarding/offboarding, security groups, endpoint
provisioning/deprovisioning)
- Manage Cloud-based platforms
(RMM, Microsoft M365)
- Follow operational and security
procedures, ensuring compliance and system integrity
