Περιγραφή

LMW  is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager, on behalf of a dynamic and forward-moving software company specialized in the elimination of communication barriers for disabled people.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target large enterprise accounts as potential customers for Company's platform
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each customer and tailor Company's platform solutions to address those needs effectively
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
  • Utilize expertise in SaaS solution sales to effectively bring the Company's SaaS platform to the market
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends, identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven sales track record in SaaS sales, with several years of experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the technology and software industry
  • Willingness to travel as needed
