Job responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute the annual Marketing and PR strategy.
• Manage brand positioning across all digital and offline channels.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, social media, website content, and digital communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate press releases, promotional materials, events, and photo/video productions.
• Support Sales and Revenue teams through marketing initiatives that drive business   performance.
• Monitor brand reputation, guest feedback, and market trends.
• Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton/LXR brand standards.
• Lead and develop the Marketing & Communications team.

Job requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality.
• Previous leadership experience in Marketing or PR.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, branding, and content management.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
