As a Client Support Specialist your main responsibilities are:
- Contact person of the customers within the Customer Service and to ensure the complete execution of the order-collection cycle
- Communication with sales department on customer-related issues
- Creating a personalized relationship with the customer to optimize the level of service
- Preventing and ensuring the smooth processing of orders and tracking them until delivery
- Effective communication with customers regarding deadlines, shortages, information, etc.
- Recording, analyzing, and tracking complaints, returns, etc. in collaboration with Credit Manager, sales teams and distribution center
- Communication with Credit Manager to identify any credit risks and implement tailored corrective actions
- Settlement of customer accounts
