Your Role: As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the unit, from production planning to quality control. You will work closely with your team and other departments of the company to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our processes. You will face challenges such as optimizing productivity, ensuring quality, and implementing new technologies.
Responsibilities:
