Field Service Technician

This an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician working for a leading multinational company in Athens. The core business of the role is to provide technical support to the customer (machine repair, installation, upgrade and trainings) and ensure that the most accurate technical information on the equipment status of customer is available on real time basis

• installing and commissioning of new machines at customer site
• providing preventive and fast reactive service to customer

• training and technical support to customer
• mentoring and training other field service technician on technical aspects
• facilitating the development off business opportunities
• processes optimization, standardization and continuous improvements

The ideal candidate for the Field Service Technician should have:

• degree in Mechanical / Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• fluency in English language
• more that 3 years experience in field service
• previous service experience in digital printing is considered as a valuable asset
• customer service oriented
• team player attitude
• excellent communication skills
• autonomous and rigorous
