Job Description:
MetaDocs LTD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support Department. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our clients' information management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our email and document management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Document and escalate complex technical problems as needed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of MetaDocs' products and services.
- Assist in the development of knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar position
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory and Microsoft Cloud Services.
- Proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL (desirable but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- IT-related degree preferred (not mandatory).
- Microsoft qualifications preferred (not mandatory).
