Job Description:

MetaDocs LTD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support Department. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our clients' information management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our email and document management solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Document and escalate complex technical problems as needed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of MetaDocs' products and services.
  • Assist in the development of knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory and Microsoft Cloud Services.
  • Proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • IT-related degree preferred (not mandatory).
  • Microsoft qualifications preferred (not mandatory).
