Your Tasks
- Communicate with European customers to update order statuses and manage delivery schedules
- Process orders, applications, and requests accurately
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Handle claims and ensure timely resolution within set deadlines
Requirements:
- Native-level or professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Sales Back Office
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage order processing efficiently
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Qualifications

- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of international logistics processes is a plus
Benefits:
- Salary: €1,200 - €1,600 gross/month (based on experience & qualifications)
- Work Model: Hybrid (1 day/week remote)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
