Payroll Coordinator

As a Payroll Coordinator you will…
- Prepare and process monthly
payroll for all hotel employees
- Review and verify timekeeping
records, attendance logs, and paid time off (PTO) requests to ensure accurate
payroll calculations.
- Ensure full compliance with
Greek labor law and payroll regulations, including social security
contributions, income tax, and submissions via the ERGANI system.
- Utilize payroll and
timekeeping software such as Pylon and Epsilon Net to manage and process
payroll efficiently.
- Generate detailed payroll
reports on earnings, deductions, taxes, and contributions for internal
management, auditors, and regulatory compliance.
- Address employee inquiries
related to payroll, deductions, and timekeeping policies in a timely, clear,
and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate,
confidential, and well-organized payroll records, ensuring that all employee
data is kept secure and up to date.
Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of labor
legislation and payroll regulations, including social security contributions,
taxation, and employee rights.
- Hands-on experience with
payroll systems and software (e.g., Epsilon Net).
- 1–2 years of relevant
experience in payroll processing or a similar accounting role.
- Proven ability to handle high workloads
and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in
task execution.
- Excellent proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications.
