For our client, a chain of cold press juices and smoothie bars in Dublin, Ireland, we are looking for a Juice bar Team Leader.
Candidate information/requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience working as a Store Supervisor, Bar Supervisor or Team Leader in a cold press juices or smoothie bar, coffee shop, retail or grocery store and similar.
- Proven experience in the role, team management and leadership
- HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus.
- Good decision-making skills, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Able to use own initiative and work as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- An advanced level of English is required.
About the job:
- Permanent, full-time position
- If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with two weeks of free accommodation. After that, you will be paying 85 € per week for a private room (utilities included)
- Salary after tax in Ireland for this Juice bar Team Leader role will be between 27 000 € - 30 000 € depending on experience gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week (1 950 € - 2 140 € net per month)
- Salary is paid weekly (approximately 450 € - 495 € net)
- You would be managing a small store operation, with a team of between 8 to 12 full-time and part-time employees, depending on the time of year.
- Your duties will be: helping the staff in making the juices, and smoothies, preparing weekly rosters, ordering products for the store, maintenance, preparing banking reports, serving customers, and Opening/closing the bar
