Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with Greek Employment Law and regulations, providing expert advice and guidance to management and employees
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Coordinating employee training and development programs, identifying training needs and organizing relevant workshops or courses
  • Coordinating the performance management and development processes.
  • Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications / Experience:

  • University degree in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or any relevant field.
  • A post graduate degree in HR will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in various HR areas (i.e., recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, employee relations, internal communication etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Greek labor law
  • Experience in the FMCG industry will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office
