ICAP Recruitment Solutions on behalf of its client, a multinational industrial group of companies with offices in the center of Thessaloniki, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of:

Technical Sales Representative (French Speaking) – Ref. 5108/SCF/RS/GR

The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the company's commercial and credit policies, payment collection, and achieving financial targets with clients in France.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Find and develop new partners, maintain knowledge of the market and products, and implement marketing actions in the area of responsibility
  • Grow the company's market share by cross-selling or up-selling to partners and evaluating potential partners
  • Coordinate actions for organizing corporate events in the area of responsibility
  • Monitor projects and evaluate customer requests for quality claims and returns
  • Solve problems and intervene when there is a problem with open orders, credit, or payments.
  • Visit selected partners (5-6 travels to France/year), support and advise them on technical and commercial issues, and continually improve their performance
  • Participate in sector exhibitions, promote new products and services, and provide feedback to product managers

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Technical Science or alternatively in Business Administration, Marketing etc.
  • Fluency in French whilst knowledge of English will be appreciated
  • At least 2 years B2B sales experience. Work experience in technical sales will be a major advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and CRM
  • Effective communication, analytical thinking, time management, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
