We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Support to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Facilities departments (including calendar management, meeting coordination, appointment scheduling etc.)
- Coordinate departmental documentation and records.
- Process correspondence, invoices, and purchase requests.
- Maintain office supplies and administrative records.
- Support departmental projects and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
