Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, in the food manufacturing industry, a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The selected professional will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient functioning of the executive office in a fast-paced and highly regulated production environment. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while coordinating cross-departmental initiatives.
Key Requirements
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring timely management of priorities, meetings, and executive commitments
Maintain an organized and proactive executive schedule, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of briefing materials
Serve as the primary communication bridge between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring alignment and clarity
Track progress on strategic projects and operational goals, providing updates, insights, and risk assessments to the CEO
Prepare, review, and format high-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation related to performance metrics, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements
Ensure confidentiality and represent the executive office with the highest degree of professionalism
Identify workflow inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives across departments
