ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client , a global shipping company is seeking for an:

Administrative Assistant (Ref. code 6182/AA/ESS/GR)

The Administrative Assistant will ensure that all secretarial and administrative duties are carried out to the standards required by the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level, accurate & reliable administrative support and assistance.
  • Database management and maintaining records as necessary.
  • Coordinate arrangements, meetings and / or conferences as required.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, presentations and other documents as required.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations as necessary.
  • Responsible for the proper housekeeping of the office, the supply and purchasing all the materials necessary for the office.
  • Responsible for the collection and distribution of all the invoices to the various departments and for distribution of the incoming documents to various departments depending on the subject.
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating as applicable.
  • Perform additional related duties as may be assigned.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor degree in Shipping, Maritime Economics or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English (both verbally and in written).
  • Minimum three years of related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, report writing and recordkeeping systems.
  • Advanced computer skills and excellent use of MS Office or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software as necessary.
