On behalf of our client, a 5* Boutique Hotel in Chora Mykonos, we are recruiting a Front Office & Reservations Manager for the upcoming summer season of 2024.

As the Front Office & Reservations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our guests from the moment they inquire about our services to the completion of their stay.

  • Maximum of 9 working hours per day.

The Role:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
  • Effectively manage room reservations and bookings.
  • Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate information on room availability.
  • Implement and maintain a reservation system to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and issues promptly.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to exceed expectations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Implement ongoing training programs to enhance the skills of the front office team.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, concierge, and F&B, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote special packages and offers.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel managers to address operational issues and improvements.

  • Proven experience in front office and reservations management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
