HR Manager

What You'll Do:

• Design and lead HR strategies that support our studio’s vision and growth.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention.
• Develop performance management and reward systems that empower high-performing teams.
• Manage the payroll system and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and ethical standards.
• Act as a trusted partner to leadership and a reliable resource for employees.
• Cultivate a strong, inclusive, and values-driven company culture.
• Lead initiatives in learning and development, wellbeing, and team satisfaction.
• Organize and lead HR-related company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
• Maintain and update the HR archive with job analyses, job descriptions, and related documentation.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a creative or professional services environment.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in supporting people to do their best work.
