What You'll Do:
- Design and lead HR strategies that support our studio’s vision and growth.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention.
- Develop performance management and reward systems that empower high-performing teams.
- Manage the payroll system and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and ethical standards.
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership and a reliable resource for employees.
- Cultivate a strong, inclusive, and values-driven company culture.
- Lead initiatives in learning and development, wellbeing, and team satisfaction.
- Organize and lead HR-related company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Maintain and update the HR archive with job analyses, job descriptions, and related documentation.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a creative or professional services environment.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in supporting people to do their best work.
