Receptionist

4* Hotel in Sivota is currently seeking to recruit professionals in the following position: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions
• Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions
• Provide information to guests in regards of facilities, events and services
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance

Requirements

• At leat 2 years’ experience at relevant role.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, knowledge of other languages would be considered as an asset
• Working knowledge of job’s standards
• Excellent customer service skills as well as communication skills
• Pleasant personality, well-presented and professional appearance, customer oriented
• Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS)
