As a Key Account Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs and expectations are met by working with various internal departments
  • Develop strategies to increase client lifetime value and ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within key accounts. Monitor client data and market trends to identify opportunities and potential challenges
  • Understanding of sales and business drivers to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
  • Works directly with marketing team to develop mutually agreed marketing plans

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

For the Key Account Sales Manager role, you will need to have:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent command of the english language
  • Availability for travelling
