We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a well-established name and leader in providing high-quality solutions for homes and professional spaces. This role is essential for supporting the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of daily business, managing everything from internal communications and team calendars to complex travel arrangements and meeting coordination. As a key support professional, you will be the central point of contact for the management team, playing a crucial part in their efficiency and success.
As the Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:
- Calendar and Meeting Management: Actively manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple members of the management team. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting meeting minutes.
- Communication & Correspondence: Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, screening phone calls and emails. You will also draft and proofread professional correspondence and documents on behalf of the team.
- Travel & Logistics: Plan and arrange all business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents. You will also assist with managing expense reports and maintaining confidential records and files.
- General Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including organizing team events, ordering supplies, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
The ideal candidate for this Administrative Assistant role will have:
- Degree in business administration or relevant field
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
