Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage
the Software Development Team, providing guidance and support to team
members
- Oversee the
planning and execution of ICT projects, ensuring they are effectively
completed on time
- Troubleshoot and
resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support
- Collaborate with
the team, the channel, and the vendors to understand and provide effective
solutions
- Stay up-to-date
with the latest technology trends and best practices
- Analyse the needs
– design, develop and test software
- Improve already
developed applications
- Develop, document
and demonstrate solutions (documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams,
charts, code comments and clear code)
- KPIs for increased
productivity in a yearly base
