A leading company providing professional services,
based in Chalandri and easily accessible by public transportation, is currently
seeking to recruit an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee
daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and
maintenance, ensuring that the office is kept in a neat and organized manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors,
providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional atmosphere
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining both paper and electronic
records
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, filing,
data entry, and managing office communications, coordinate with external
vendors and service providers
- Assist with office events and client meetings
as needed
- Help with confidential and sensitive information in accordance with
firm policies
- Handle client billing, invoices, and payments as directed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office
management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the
ability of prioritization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek
and English)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with
the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
discretion
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well
within a team
- Prior experience in invoicing processes will be considered an
asset
