Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a
Technical Support Engineer.
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and analytical services to
customers in the Mining, Construction, Cement, and Recycling industries. During
time to receive necessary training in Greece and abroad, will start with office
job, get acquainted with identifying spare & wear parts of machines,
making quotations to customers, assisting in troubleshooting with machines. Can
also check the stock of warehouse parts. Later on to deal with tech. support
directly with customers either by telephone or visiting on-site the machines.
Travelling/visiting on-site estimated to be 40-50% of the monthly working time.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Very good
knowledge of Greek & English language
- Ability to travel is absolutely
necessary
- Ability to work 50% of time in a worksite environment &
quarries, outside of office
- Ability for Customer Support and Customer Service
skills
- Very good communication and problem-solving skills with colleagues and
customers
- Experience with machinery related to Quarries
- Mining, Metal
Recycling is a plus, but not a requirement
