• You’ll be an experienced retailer with the commercial, leadership and operational skills to create the ultimate shopping experience
• You’ll need the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• You’ll be well-organized, with a business management mindset, on top of stock control, staffing issues and in-store standards, while monitoring costs and driving profitable sales
