Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the Media, Marketing & Digital Performance industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Technical SEO Specialist

Job Description:

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement optimization solutions for enterprise-level websites.
• Monitor and improve website crawling, indexing, rendering, and overall search engine performance.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, including structured data, hreflang, canonicalization, pagination, and technical enhancements.
• Work on Core Web Vitals and website speed optimization initiatives.
• Manage website migrations, redesigns, and launches from a technical SEO perspective.
• Track, analyze, and report technical SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Support broader SEO strategy development by providing technical insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and emerging technical SEO trends.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical SEO, either agency-side or client-side.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering, and how search engines crawl and index websites.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, Shopify, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Google certifications or relevant SEO certifications will be considered an advantage.
