ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a Financial Services Advisory Firm providing strategic advice and execution for acquisitions, divestments, and other financial services, is seeking for a seasoned Corporate Finance Senior Associate to join them with a fixed term contract and support their activities.

Corporate Finance Senior Associate (1-Year Fixed Term Contract)

An excellent opportunity for a highly skilled financier to join an eminent Financial Services Advisory firm, for a fixed-term position of one year at least, with opportunity to participate in a critical project and work closely with various high-profile stakeholders and investors.

Principal accountabilities:

• Collaborate with the team lead to engage in effective communication with potential investors, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Contribute to discussions and presentations during investor meetings.
• Prepare financial statements for submission to potential investors.
• Assist in the creation and preparation of presentations for potential investors and the formatting of financial information.
• Review and edit company reports, ensuring accuracy and methodological integrity in the reporting process.

Candidate’s profile:

• Proven strong experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• Mastery in financial analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s / MBA is ideal and advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
• Fluency in both English and Greek is required.
