A well-established business group in the tourism industry is seeking a Commercial Administration Office Employee to join its Finance Department, based at our headquarters in downtown Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance department
- Record invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents into the company’s database
- Maintain updated client and supplier accounts
- Monitor cash flow, revenues, expenses, and financial obligations
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a University / Technological Institute / Vocational Training School in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (commercial/accounting software)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Prior experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
